➢ Weekly winners will be contacted by CellMoni Customer Care team on their Digicel mobile number and will be invited to visit the Digicel office in their respective provinces to collect their prizes:
K500 of shopping voucher or a WoWi 4G LTE Smartphone.
➢ Monthly K1,000 cash winners will be contacted by CellMoni Customer Care team on their Digicel mobile number and will be invited to visit the Digicel office in their respective provinces for identity verification and photo opportunity. Once the customer has been verified as the legitimate winner, the K1,000 cash prize will be deposited into the their CellMoni wallet. Customer will also receive this SMS message: Congratulations! ➢ Monthly K30,000 Grand Cash Prize winners will be contacted by CellMoni Customer Care team on their Digicel mobile numbers and will be invited to visit the Digicel office in their respective provinces.
During the telephone call, full details of the Grand Cash Prize handover (redemption) process and location will be confirmed. Customer will be required to present a valid Government issued photo ID (passport, national identification card or driver’s license) and the phone number used to participate in the promotion.
Customer will be required to complete and sign a Redemption Form (or Statutory Declaration Form)
confirming receipt of the Grand Cash Prize and/or a Consent Release Form authorizing the use of their
name and picture for marketing purposes as per the additional Terms and Conditions.
Once all details have been verified and the customer is the legitimate winner, the funds will be deposited
into the customer’s bank account.
