• CellMoni Agents, CellMoni Merchants and CellMoni Corporates.
• Any employee, or agent of Digicel PNG or any of their respective subsidiaries, divisions, or affiliated companies, franchisees or service agencies, independent contractors or suppliers of services to Digicel PNG using CUG number (7222xxxx) for CellMoni;
• Persons under the age of eighteen (18); and
• Persons who do not reside in Papua New Guinea.
