To change the settings for sending premium SMS by choosing one of the three options;
- Ask
- Never allow
- Always allow
Follow the steps below;
1. Tap settings 2. Tap Applications 
3. Tap Application Manager 4. Tap More
5. Choose Show Systems Apps 6. Tap Message Service 
7. Press on (Send Premium SMS) 8. Select always allow from the 3 options
