Reasons why user is unable to utilize services (call/SMS/data) are as follows:
- Overdue bill payments (refer point 2, bullet point 2 and 3) – User will have to liaise with organizations accounts team to arrange for payments to be made.
- Faulty SIM - Call Digicel's Customer Care team on 126 (if postpaid) or 123 (if prepaid CUG) for assistance
- SIM replacement done however SIM not connecting to network - Call Digicel's Customer Care team on 126 (if postpaid) or 123 (if prepaid CUG) for assistance.
Note: New postpaid/prepaid CUG activation done, however mobile number not latching onto network - Call Digicel's Customer Care team on 126 (if postpaid) or 123 (if prepaid CUG) for assistance
