If you are an active CellMoni Customer, you can convert your CellMoni balance to physical through an Authorized CellMoni Agent. Visit an Authorized Cellmoni Agent and follow basic steps as illustrated below:
1. Dial *888# and send (*889# for re-seller)
2. Select option 3. Withdraw Moni and send
3. Enter the Agent ID and send (Agent Id is 4 digits displayed at the Agent counter)
4. Enter Amount and send (Agent name and fee will be displayed before confirmation)
5. Enter your PIN to Confirm
The agent will give you cash for the amount withdrawn.
