Digicel offers a variety of ways in which you can activate a plan for a friend or family member. You can dial *777# on your phone or visit your My Digicel App to check out the type of gifting services available on Digicel's network.
It's simple and easy to activate a plan for someone using the My Digicel App!
Step 1. If you are on Digicel's network, click 'Connect with your Digicel ID' to log in automatically.
Step 2. Select the Menu button (
) in the top left corner and click on select 'Additional Services' and click 'Plan Gifting'.
Step 3. Enter the number of the recipient or can choose from your contacts and select "Continue"
Step 4. Choose a Plan or Bundle to Gift then Confirm the details and select "Confirm Plan Gifting"
Step 5. The person receiving the gift will be given the option to accept or decline the plan. Once they accept, they will receive the plan, and the cost of the plan will be removed from your account.
