In the event you purchase Easipay and the token is not received, be guided by the steps to retrieve the token.
Step 1: Dial *131# send.
Step 2: Enter your BSP Mobile banking PIN.
Step 3: Select Option 3 "TopUp services"
Step 4: Select Option 3 "Easipay Token"
Step 5: Select the Option that corresponds to the date the easipay was purchased.
Step 6: The Easipay Token should be displayed.
