You are able to perform checks on your end before passing your faulty Playbox on to a technician for checks. This does not mean for you to unscrew the Playbox and start removing wires anyhow, but for you to do checks on the connections of your play because having to properly follow the right Playbox set up/ connection procedures will guarantee you a better viewing experience. These checks you can perform include the following:
1. Check with the cable connections – this include the RCA (Yellow, Red & White) cables and the HDMI (High Definition Multimedia Interface). Ensure they are fit in and grip perfectly on their respective sockets.
2. Check the DigiPlay Box connection sockets – this involves checking the sockets and nobs to be sure that the elements are in their correct/fixed order and not bent or twisted. If the play box socket is twisted or slightly not at the position where it’s supposed to be, then this would affecting viewing experience.

3. Antenna connections – It is imperative that you follow the instructions/guides when assembling the outdoor antenna. Ensure all its elements are fitted correctly and is positioned to have a Clear line of Sight to where the TV transmitter is situated. If the cable from the antenna to the Playbox is not connected properly, then you will need to ensure it is connected properly.
