If you need help with performing a channel search on your Digicel Play Box, refer to the basic steps below:
Step 1.
Dial 1515: Connecting through to a DigiPlay Agent, you must give your Playbox ID number or Smart-card number to the agent who will check to find if your Playbox is active on the system
Step 2.
Check STRENGTH (S) % and QUALITY (Q) % both for frequencies 9 and 11:
On your remote control, press menu, select settings and go select channel search
- Press OK on item 9 to select and ensure the Strength should be 100% and the Quality has to be at least 40% and above (diagram #2).
- Then press the down arrow key and press OK on item 11, ensure that the Strength should be 100% and the Quality has to be at least 40% and above (diagram #3).
- When both items have the confirmed signals stated above, then press the green button on the remote to start search (diagram #4).
- Once search is complete a dialog box will appear prompting you to press OK to finish ( diagram #5). Press OK button and you can now view the channels.
Note: For Mt Hagen customers uses Item 10 and 11.
